Jade D'Andrilli - B.Com, CA

DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years’ experience, Jade D’Andrilli’s vision of creating a boutique accounting firm that provides high-quality tax and business advisory services, with a more personal approach was realised in 2016 when he founded JDA Chartered Accountants.

He developed his early skills in public practice while completing a degree in Commerce at Curtin University before completing the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ CA program in 2001. Jade was then appointed director of his previous firm, where he also developed a strong and extensive network of fellow professionals and specialists who he now uses to assist his clients today.

Jade specialises in helping small to medium sized businesses and has the skills, motivation, energy and passion required to help these businesses achieve their financial goals.

Basil Conti - FCA

CONSULTANT

Basil Conti has been instrumental in the financial success of hundreds of family businesses over several decades and is one of the most respected and experienced professionals in the Perth accounting industry.

His recognition and value of the development of long-term business relationships is one of the many keys to his success. Along with this philosophy, Basil has utilised his skills and extensive experience to consult with many family businesses over his professional life.

Basil co-founded Harden, East & Conti in the ‘70s and provides invaluable skills and knowledge to JDA’s clients.

Daniel Raso - B.Com, CA

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Daniel has a talent for creating clever solutions to financial challenges. His dynamic enthusiasm, coupled with his professional approach and skills ensure that he consistently delivers results his clients are happy with.

He commenced his professional career in public practice under the guidance of Jade D’Andrilli and Basil Conti and joined JDA in 2016. Daniel completed a Commerce degree at The University of Western Australia in 2013 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ CA program in 2016.

When Daniel isn’t helping meet his client’s needs, he is playing or watching sport.

Edward Tan - B. Com

CERTIFIED PRACTICING ACCOUNTANT

Edward, a 2011 Commerce graduate from The University of Western Australia, commenced his career as a Trust Accountant whilst successfully completing the CPA program.

He started in public practice under the guidance of Jade D’Andrilli and Basil Conti and joined JDA in 2016 where he has developed and maintained a consistently satisfied client base. Edward has sharp and insightful analytical skills which he successfully uses to help family businesses reach their financial goals.

Edward specialises in the accounting software Xero and holds an advisor and migration certification for this programme.
When Edward isn’t working, he is enjoying traveling.

Crystal Bonderenko

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Crystal is really an ‘All Rounder’, playing an integral part within the JDA team.

In 2008, Crystal’s passion for the industry motivated her to complete Certificates in Accounting and Bookkeeping. These studies, along with her experience have seen her transition through various roles, leading her to her current role of Assistant Accountant.

She continued her professional career in public practice under the guidance of Jade D’Andrilli and Basil Conti and joined JDA in 2016.

Outside of the office, Crystal loves her dogs and F45 training.
